Notice how loose and casual relaxed like Stochelo is picking the melody. This fits the mood of the song. Then in bars 7 and 8 He almost punches the chords to wake you up! I suspect he doesn't know or has played for so long it's natural. Great players play like this. It's not performance Big difference. IMO
