That's the way I've been doing it seen the beginning of time man! I can only concentrate for so long. After transcribing 16 bars of superfast runs, trancribing every slur, fingering, picking direction, TAB, chord symbols, theory notes in the transcription AND editing the movie to go with it (also mixing and mastering the audio, because our sound engineer is not available at the moment) I get totally insane and have to stop. I just upload the transcribing I've done for the day. Don't worry, everything will eventually be online. I'm running a one man operation during the summer right now!

/\ if that is the case, then you are a borderline saint and god help you- that is a rough job. but the results are thoroughly enjoyed and much appreciated- keep up the good work.

Why over so many days? Taking an awfully long time.

Thought the new lessons for Artillerie Lourde were going to be out today?
    Anyone know what' going on?

Board >> Discuss Lessons >> Artillerie Lourde
I don't mind easier lessons or licks being added.
But I just want to add that Artillerie Lourde is exactly what I was hoping to find when I came on here. I don't find the licks/solos particularly difficult on any of the tunes, and I love the stuff in Artillerie Lourde.
Stochelo is a beast, and I'm not coming to "his" academy to get anything watered down or to get entry level lessons. There is already a ton of that out there.
Like I said, I'm not against beginner/intermediate stuff being added to. Just voicing another members needs/interests/opinion.
    -Thanks

If the Dom7 chord is a V chord, you can also play IV chord lines over it.
This is a very common (and easy!) way jazz musicians often deal with it (such as Pat Martino and George Benson).
So in Minor Swing, you can play D minor lines over the E7 chord. Works for major keys too.
